PRE-SALES ENGINEER/SOLUTIONS ENGINEER
Role Overview:
-
Supports Sales team in pre-selling activities for Data and voice services like ELINE, IPVPN, DIR, AWS, SIP Trunk, SDWAN, etc.

Recommends possible solutions to customers’ requirements as well as needed equipment to deliver customers’ request
-
Coordinates with internal teams for last mile verification and prepares design for customer network requirement Maps and reserves port and capacity to cater the customer's requirement

Manages day-to-day operations related to customer’s requirement on both pre-sales and after sales support.

Assist Account Manager / Sales Manager in the meeting with Customer to deeply understand or identifying/validating technical information for proposing appropriate business solutions.

Evaluate and validate the Request for Feasibility Study (RFS) based on cost-effective solutions and faster delivery lead time.

Coordinate with 3rd Party last mile provider for the Technical requirements and delivery of service.

Monitor the Pre-Service Order and Post Service order activities per account so that SLA will be meet.

Review project specification and scope of work needed for special projects which will be issued to Contractors for bidding.

Review and Evaluate tender and request P.O. issuance with Purchasing.

Coordinate with other Departments required for the project.

Attend meetings with Private and other Government agencies required for the smooth implementation of the project.

Submit Report of RFS (Request for Survey) and Project Implementation.

Coordinate with Network Engineering and Project Coordinator on status of Installation

Attend to other tasks that may assigned to her/him from time to time.

Performs on-site survey and determines the easiest and fastest possible route of installation.

Prepares and present Project Engineering Design and Bill of Materials and submit them to the management for approval.

Prepares Scope of Work, Bar Chart and Traffic Management as additional documents needed by DPWH, MMDA and LGU’s.
Required Qualifications:
-
Good verbal and written communication skills; Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills;

Understanding of Telecom equipment, peripherals and network infrastructure.

Background in Finance and Project Management skills required.

Must know how to drive and possess Professional Driver’s License.

Graduate of a college course preferably in Communications Engineering, Information Technology.
-
At least three (3) years’ experience in the telecommunications or related industry.
