Role Overview:

  • Serves as the Point of Contact in coordinating with Clients, Sales, NOC, Outside Plant Support and Network Engineering team before and during installation/implementation of projects.

  • Monitors and updates the progress of each project on a daily basis to concerned groups.

  • Monitors and updates project monitoring data base on the development of each project.

  • Prepares weekly status reports on number of installed/implemented clients, pending as well as ongoing accounts.

  • Coordinates with Site Acquisition team for work and access permits with the building admins before the start of any activities such as but not limited to installation of conduits, installation of wires and cables, installation of horizontal and vertical risers, etc.

  • Performs regular follow-up on each and every pending and ongoing project.

  • Updates the management team as well as the concerned group and section on the progress of all projects during coordination meetings.

  • Conducts regular communication with Sales and their clients on every development of each project.

  • Keeps a data base of each client that will serve as future reference during after sales support.

  • Performs tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

  • Oversee and make sure that projects are being implemented and completed based on the declared target dates.

  • Determine the schedule of activities to Outside Plant Support and keep track on its progress.

  • Facilitate the preparation of needed materials for installation activities at Logistics Department.

Required Qualifications:

  • Must possess organizational skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.

  • Graduate of any 4-year course.

  • Team player and result oriented.

  • Strong written and oral communication skills.

  • Strong organizational, written and communication skills.

  • Ability to work well with others and come to work with a positive attitude.

  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in team-based and fast paced work environment.
