KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER

Role Overview:

  • Prepare sales forecast, strategies & action plan on a monthly / yearly basis.

  • Data gathering of critical information which will help the company to win the bid.

  • Follow up new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.

  • Prepare presentations & correspondence related to customers.

  • Ensuring that they fully understand customer’s business and requirements

  • Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.

  • Negotiating variations in price, delivery and quality.

  • Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships through regular visits.

  • Prepare paper work to activate and maintain contact services.

  • Quality account management.

  • Immediate solution to resolve clients concerns.

  • Prepares a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow up and adherence to goals.

  • Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company personnel.

  • Coordinate to concern department to accomplish the work required to close sales.

  • Determining the appropriate order and negotiating with the manager.

  • Recording sales and order information and coordinate to concern personnel

  • Sales performance review on a weekly & monthly basis.

  • Making accurate, rapid cost calculations.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably with sales experience in the same or related industry, but not a requirement.

  • With excellent presentation, relationship management, and negotiation skills.

  • Willingness to go the extra mile to build excellent relationships with corporate clients.
