Role Overview:

  • Serve as the Primary Point-of-Contact (POC) in coordinating and communicating with Clients and key Lines-of-Businesses (Sales, NED, OSP, and NOC) on projects assigned.

  • Monitors and updates the progress of each project assigned on a regular basis to concerned groups.

  • Monitors and updates project monitoring tools within the organization.

  • Prepares a variety of PM tools such as status/milestone reports and Gantt charts; detailing project progress and answering concerns of stakeholders pro-actively.

  • Updates the management team and other concerned groups on the progress of all projects during coordination meetings.

  • Conducts regular communication with Sales and their clients on every development of each project.

  • Raise escalations and call out concerns for projects in a pro-active manner.

  • Oversees and ensures that projects are being implemented and completed based on the declared target dates.

  • Ensures standards, processes, and documentations (e.g., permits, RTAs, etc.) exist, are followed and properly stored in Synology for each stage of the organizational project life cycle.

  • Provides appropriate forecasting on project milestones and ensures they are maintained by the design, installation, and activation teams.

  • Coordinate and ensure appropriate cost estimates are provided by the design team approved in a timely manner.

  • Track risks against projects and ensure they are avoided or mitigated.

  • Adhere to regulatory and quality standards being implemented by the organization such as ISO and Data Privacy.

  • Manage a functional project team of departmental leads and coordinators and ensure they are on top of their respective deliverables, dependencies, and raise concerns as needed.

Required Qualifications:

  • Supervisor/5 Years & Up Experienced Employee.

  • With excellent presentation, relationship management, and negotiation skills.

  • Willingness to go the extra mile to build excellent relationships with corporate clients
